Changing the Experience of Property Ownership
We built HOOT to make owning property far less stressful.
You don’t have to know everything about your property.
You just need someone who does.
Every property has systems that need attention, maintenance that can’t be ignored and decisions that aren’t always easy to make.
After decades in the trades from construction, renovation and fine woodworking to commercial property management, I realized most homeowners were being asked to make decisions that professionals spent decades learning how to make.
I started HOOT because I believe every property owner deserves someone looking out for them with the same care, experience and attention they’d receive from a trusted family member—someone who knows their property, notices the little things, helps them make good decisions and is there long before a small problem becomes a big one.
“I didn’t start HOOT to fix houses. I started it to change the experience of owning one.”
